Hello to all my adoring fans who have been waiting patiently for my stories!!!!!!  First, let me say that I miss everyone you and look forward to seeing everyone soon.  A quick summary of the last month and a half.  God is good - it is so amazing how he moved us from PA to AK and how smoothly the transition went.  He provided a wonderful school for the children and he brought wonderful people into our lives who have helped our transition go smoothly.  I would be telling a lie if I said things are not good.  The one thing we all struggle with is - we are homesick and miss everyone!  We love you all very much and are very grateful for your prayers and love - thank you!!!!!

Now we move on to our day today....Every Friday we have karate for the boys.  Dan and I spend the time relaxing by the fire in the lounge area and we get to talk....talk about everything and anything.  Tonight we ordered take out from TGI Friday's.  We are making Friday nights family night.  We went home had dinner and watch the Karate Kid that Danny bought Dan and I for our Anniversary on Tuesday.  Yes, Dan and I have been married for a 11 years - WOW!!!!

Anyway, we enjoyed being together and watching a movie.

I finally finished getting our bedroom put together.  It is starting to feel more normal.  Today we went sledding with the Sparkies group from church.  It turned out to be much colder than I thought.  We sledded for about a little over an hour.  My toes felt like they could break they were so cold.  It was snowing hard, windy and 16 degrees.  There was no sun.  Finally, I had enough and went into the truck.  Finally Dan and the boys got into truck.  I looked at Andrew and his cheeks did not look quite right.  It turns out he had a mild case of frostbite - ouch!!!  He is doing great now.

I made a nice roast for dinner and we watched The Rookie.  Again, we enjoyed watching the movie together.

We are now going to a later church service.  The first service we found out from Danny was quite boring.  They didn't read from their bibles or do any worksheets.  So, they wanted to try the second hour because they actually have a children's church time and they learn about Christ.  They also have work sheets to do and of course SNACKS!!!  So, we all enjoy church again.  Didn't do much today, just relaxed a bit.  Boys had AWANA'S  and I stayed home tonight.
